Check it out!\nLa Belle Tonkinoise is a Vietnamese restaurant that is well-known for their comforting dishes, like pho and spring rolls. They are competing in Poutine Week for the second year, submitting a new, creative dish.\nTheir take on poutine is available starting today, and it will be available until Poutine Week ends on February 8, 2019.\nThe creative dish consists of the traditional fries and cheese curds as a base.
