Last week, to the delight of metro passengers young and old, saw the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles descend on Montreal's metros to give away free pizza. What could be a better way to take away the awfulness of a metro ride during rush hour in the summer? MJ Anim'action and Double Pizza had the right answer. Teaming up, these two companies handed out 10 large pizzas between Guy-Concordia and Berri-UQAM stations with the only payment being 'a smile'. You can watch the video below! Having TMNT show up and surprise commuters with free pizza brought out the kid in (almost) everyone (except for one commuter who looked rather nonplussed at 00:56). And how could it not!
