Montreal Opens All-New "Organic Food" Spot Downtown
A fresh and delicious spot to discover.
Guys, let's be real for one second: eating clean and being a functional adult is great and all, but honestly... who has the time?
Let me rephrase that - it can be super time consuming to dream up recipes, go out grocery shopping, prep your food, cook your food, and then somehow muster up the energy to enjoy the meal. And then do the same thing all throughout the week, while juggling classes and work on top of that. Sounds stressful right?
One all new Montreal restaurant in the Old Port is here to save the day.
Serving up super fresh food (made with love!), Frais & Fresh has salads, wraps, sandwiches, poke bowls, and soups, all made with fresh fruits, veggies, meats, and more!
And because this spot brings together unconventional, incredibly fresh ingredients, the food here is not only flavourful but tastes, unlike anything you've ever tried before.
A sample of some of the unique options on their menu? Their Chicken & Cashew Pesto wrap, with marinated chicken, cashew pesto, roasted tomatoes, red bell peppers, and corn lettuce; and their Beetroot Couscous & Tempeh salad, with kale, romaine lettuce, tempeh, roasted green and red onions, lentils, baked pita chips, and specially made beetroot couscous.
Honestly, the flavours, fragrances, and freshness of these dishes are simply unbeatable. Thankfully, the portions here are also super fulfilling... and even though you might get full, trust, the taste will have you coming back for more and more!
Oh, and as a little-added bonus, most of their ingredients are 100% organic. So you're getting some seriously high-quality, wholesome, flavourful food... that also happens to be really good for you.
Frais & Fresh is also super convenient: not only do they offer delicious and nutritious food for you at their location, but they also do takeout and catering. It's actually perfect for your next work meeting!
Thinking of giving Frais & Fresh a try? Well, as of August 1st, they are launching their "A Cup Of Freshness" campaign where they will be distributing cups of salad all over their area to give people a sense of who they are. So if you just so happen to be in the McGill and Old Port area, you could be receiving a cup of freshness.
And because the people at Frais & Fresh are so awesome, they are even going to have a basket of fresh fruit at the entrance for those who are craving a little snack. Best part? It's free.
