However, did you know there are natural ways to help your breath improve from pungent to bearable? Here is a list of foods that you want to absolutely consume to improve your oral health.\n1. Apples\nThey help remove plaque from teeth and also makes the mouth generate more saliva. Saliva is rich in oxygen, which is a natural enemy of odor-causing bacteria in the mouth.\nSuggestion: Have an apple for breakfast to curb morning breathe.\n2. Greek Yogurt\nGreek Yogurt lowers the hydrogen sulfide in your mouth. The reason dairy is able to reduce the production of hydrogen sulfide is because it has live bacterial cultures.
