I can't exactly put my finger on what makes summer so special in the city; I don't know if it's the weather or the vibe or the sheer amount of awesome things to do. I guess it's a combination of everything, really. via @mtlblog The summer in Montreal means getting excited about all the festivals (like Osheaga, Piknic Électronik, and Villa Paradizo) - even if you're not going to them. via @katia_zakarian It means drinking sangria on a rooftop terrasse in the Old Port, and then walking to your favourite bar to continue the drinking festivities on another - but equally gorgeous - terrasse. via @mtlblog via @ciaomiranda12 It means climbing to the top of Mont Royal and looking over the city, maybe packing a picnic, and eating your food outside. It means watching the fireworks from the Jacques-Cartier bridge. It means taking a walk and actually enjoying nature, and seeing almost everyone in the city doing the same thing... it means pure magic. via @mtlblog Summer in Montreal is just... well, summer.
