Katz is the Founder of Frenzr, a "friendly" social media agency that provides services to small and medium size businesses. Coming from Russian and Bulgarian background, she always had a passion for beauty and fashion. She started her own youtube channel since she was just 16 years old and cumulated over 317 000 views on her videos. "I [always] knew I wanted to do something in communication, or television. That was my passion".\nShe studied Interactive Media/Web TV, Advertising and PR, worked for some of the top advertising agencies in North America, before deciding to risk it all and open her own company. From humble beginnings, to an online sensation Katz proves that you can do anything you put your mind to if you want it badly enough.\nWhy did you decide to open Frenzr?\nI saw a need in the market. I worked for corporate advertising companies and I realized that these agencies charge way too much for these entrepreneurs with start ups. An ad campaign can go anywhere from $5 to 50,000. It's fine for companies that have a budget for it but what about the ones who don't? I wanted to help entrepreneurs, and at the end of the day, I wanted to become one as well.\nSo I left my job, after developing my brand, working on the weekends on my website, developing my clients - I quit my job and I said "this is it" I need to do this full time in order for my agency to grow.\nFrenzr was based on the concept of becoming "friends" with your target audience. "We help brands connect with influencers - Influencer marketing is HUGE right now for existing and start up brands. We are "start up friendly" price wise. Build a minimal viable product - build a website - take some nice pictures and decide on the services you want to offer. Just get stared.\nGet a first client. Even if they don't pay you, if you do a great job, people will know, and people will come looking for you. [Nowadays], people don't do that because they're scared.
