Summer beats are still going strong, and even though it's September, the beauty of outdoor musical shows are still yours to experience. Peel Basin will be the place to dance around like fall is never coming, with the Week-end at Peel Basin, a full two days of free DJ sets by the Lachine Canal put on by Lisbon Lux Records & Parcs Canada.
Weekend at the Peel Basin will begin this Saturday, September 13th at 6:30pm. Opening the two day festivities will be Dj set performances by Montreal's French Fox and Beat Market, with an outdoor stage and dance floor set up to enjoy both shows. Food trucks will also be on site to make sure you've got party-fuel for the evening.
Sunday will be taking things to the next level, with the day's festivities beginning promptly at 11am. A solid assortment of activities will be going on, including boat rides, canoeing, climbing, and more. Fonkyson will kick Sunday into high gear, with Montreal's Le Couleur closing the two-day festival on the canal.
Free, outdoors, by the water, and 4 different musical acts make Week-end at Peel Basin is a quadruple threat of good times. Get all the info at the official facebook event and at the Parcs Canada event listing.
