To someone from Montreal, a poutine is quite possibly their most favourite meal, no matter the day, time or season of the year. February, right in the middle of winter is now known for one of the city's largest food festivals, La Poutine Week.
Beginning February 1st to the 7th 2016, there are 50 participating restaurants, each showcasing a unique poutine creation and going up against the judges of the city (you) to decide which one is the very best.
