When I was in highschool, I remember Gisele Bündchen being the it girl. Everyone wanted her life, and I think we can all now officially rename 2007 The Year Of Gisele.

In 2015, Gisele retired from her long and well-earned career as a supermodel; but she's still in the public eye.

She's married to Tom Brady, quarterback for the New England Patriots (who justtt might win the 2017 Superbowl, TBH), and together they literally seem to have the perfect life.

Gisele's Instagram is full of images of her family, her activities (like literally sitting poolside as she strums on a guitar), and even some food shots. And if you're wondering what it is that Gisele (and Tom Brady?) eats in a day, then no worries. I've got some answers.

Breakfast

Warm water with lemon and a nutrient-rich smoothie with organic fruits to start off with, and then a brunch of fruits, eggs, gluten-free bread with coconut butter, and avocados. Tom Brady is into oatmeal pancakes for the weekends, though.

Snacks

Fruits, fruits, and more fruits! Gisele's snacking habits revolve around fruits that are in-season, like kiwis, blackberries, and strawberries, depending on the season.

Lunch

For Gisele, it's all about nutrients. She likes food saturated with vitamins and makes meals revolving around ingredients like kale, quinoa, avocado, sweet potatoes, and broccoli.

Dinner

Gisele tries to avoid red meat as much as possible, sticking mainly to fish about once a month. She and her family eat dinner really early - around 5:30 PM - and stick to veggies and fruit as much as possible.

Dessert

Raw dessert all the way for Gisele and Tom Brady.

Detox

Twice a year, Gisele likes to go on a juice detox, with things like kale, apple, and cucumbers. Apparently, her detox works super well, as she's claimed she straight-up doesn't get sick anymore.
