April is finally upon us, and the MTL Blog Events team has found a ton of parties for you to celebrate the warmth this weekend. From clothing line's launching their Spring collections, to events that go til 6am on both Friday and Saturday, to another amazing weekend at Newspeak, it is going to be hard to chose what to attend.
Thursday, April 2nd
B-Lux Opening Event at 4440 St. Denis. This new women's clothing boutique has promised champagne and surprises alongside the viewing of their spring line.
Bal en Noir at Entrepôts Dominion. This chic and glamorous event will host more than 500 professionals in the advertising industry to celebrate and raise money for BEC.
Kyle Hall With Guilty, Motions, and M.Bootyspoon at Newspeak. Enjoy the kick off of another amazing weekend at this beautiful new venue. Come through and check it out if you are into funky electro beats and daring decor.
Bitcoin Canada and Bodega Beats Present Tibe, Falcxne, and Tallboy at Blue Dog. Do you want to be part of history? Blue Dog is the first bar on St. Laurent to accept bitcoins! Come check out the coin in action while listening to some awesome up and coming Canadian DJs and supporting Make A Wish Foundation.
Monroe at En Cachette will be joined by our favorite panda, No Kliché. If you are into current Hip-Hop and Rap throwbacks, this is definitely the spot to get down on Thursdays.

Jeudi Saint: Party Rétro at Lobby Bar. Come discover the best hits of soul, pop, and funk from the 60s to today. Video presentations will accompany music by VJ/DJ Advocate.
Les Jeunes Jeudis with Loud and Lary at Salon Officiel. Come out and jam to some hip-hop, future beats, and trap edm. Drinks 4$ before midnight!
MELT at Blizzarts is celebrating 1 year of the label's free Thursday event. Joined by special guest Dr. MaD, our favorite resident DJs will be spinning some serious tracks. Cheers to another year!
BadBadWitches with Gayance, Softcoresoft, and Wifey at Datcha. This is the first event of a new collective started by Gayance to celebrate all the wicked witches here in Montreal. Datcha will be bumping with techno, heavy bass, caribbean beats, and everything in between.
Friday, April 3rd
SoYou Spring Collection Launch at Cugino Boutique. Come check out this dope clothing line's new collection and enjoy a live DJ set, cold drinks, raffles and plenty more surprises!
Mr. Carmack with Grandbuda, hrmxny, and Construct at Newspeak. If you don't know Mr. Carmack's music, definitely check out the dubby beats of this awesome DJ/producer all the way from San Francisco.
Get Nice Friday's at Blizzarts is celebrating their 5 year anniversary with Simahlak and Saintwood's crew Rue de Bois. Arrive early for delicious drink specials and to avoid the rush.
Milky Chance at Metropolis. This German folk duo with reggae and electronic music influences will not disappoint.
Home II at Cabaret Lion d'Or. This celebration of art and contemporary dance hopes to continue encouraging local, emerging artists.
Wolfstag Presents Vinny Savage And The Wild Side, Mangrove, From Scratch, and Rickrollin And The Cat at La Vitrola. This funkadelic line-up will have you moving and grooving on the dance floor all night long.
DRaMA Afterhours 001 with Blasé, Get Monet, and talktalktalktalk is the perfect place to keep the party going late night Friday. Get Monet crew has had Apartment 200 going up on a Tuesday like no one has seen the past few weeks and the other two DJs mix the dubbiest, freshest, hiphop and future bass beats. Come play, chill, dance, vibe.
Saturday, April 4th
LoFreqs 90's Throw Back with Da-P Dabeatx, Robert Robert, Echo 6, Rooots, and More. This all night event is the party not to be missed this weekend. Stacked with some of Montreal's most talented artists, including Furst, staying up until 6am is non-negotiable.
Bal en Blanc at Bell Center. With headliners including Alesso, David Guetta, and Dash Berlin, the 2015 edition of this wild wild party from 8pm to noon the next day is going to be out of control.
Travis Scott Rodeo Tour at Le Petit Olympia is going to be legendary. You have to check out how crazy this Houston born rap god's live performances are.
Shash'U PWRFNK Album Release Party with Special Guest Nick Catchdubs at Le Belmont. Freshly back from SXSW, Shash'U is home to celebrate the new tracks.

Electric Wizard at Virgin Mobile Corona Theater. This English doom metal band is in town to rage your faces off.
Lorn with Lee Bannon, Dolor, and Sibian & Faun at Newspeak. This eclectic mix of artists coming from all over the world will have some fantastic drum and bass and jungle beats for you to jam out to all night.
Sunday, April 5th
Rouge Mékong at SAT embraces immersive film, performance, poetry and music in a tale that blends fact and fiction and the past and present. If you have never experienced the satosphere, you have to check out this event that is happening all weekend long!
Dumb Angel with Sunfields and Del Bel at Casa del Popolo. Come check out country coated, acid laced guitar pop from the heart of Montreal and cosmic folk rock from Saskatoon.
Easter Sundae with POMO, Potatohead People, Amaris Daniel, and Charles Cozy at Newspeak. The OG MELT crew come together with MOTO Made for a very special Easter evening.
