No one likes to go on dates and have the places you're visiting be filled with other couples. That doesn't exactly scream original!

And now, especially since the weather is getting better everyone will be going outside. Spring is the time for romance after all. You know, the birds and the bees and all that.

So, that's why these less known date spots are sure to serve you well this upcoming Spring. You can take your honey out and have a little bit of privacy. Or, at the very least, you'll be able to give them an experience they haven't already had a million times.

1. Verger Labonté

This place just screams warm weather! What makes this place so great is that you get to spend a whole lot of time outside. Whether you want to go through a corn maze or check out their little bistro, this is a great place to bring a date.

4. Chez Mein

This one pretty much sells itself. This date is perfect for those who aren't trying to bankrupt themselves. What makes this place so great? They sell 2$ chow mein! The best time to visit this place is after a night of clubbing on St-Laurent. Let me tell you, it really hits the spot.

This one is perfect for anyone who likes nature. Many people don't know that at Montrealer's Parc Des Rapides, there is a bird sanctuary. So, if you feel like walking around through nature and taking a nice long look at our beautiful feathery friends, this is the date for you.

8. Kem Coba

This ice cream place has got some really inventive flavors and colors too! This is definitely one of my favorite spots to get sorbet and I'm sure it will be yours too once you take your date there. The summer is getting better and better, so you know the popular ice cream spots are going to be BOOMING! It's worth it to make the trip over to Kem Coba.

This little shop located on Ogilvy street is a three-story brick house that is full of vintage objects and clothes. It was established by Ann Silverstone almost 50 years ago.
