According to Education Minister Jean-François Roberge, an elementary school in Quebec City is closed due to a COVID-19 outbreak. Classes will be online for the time being. \n"We are in contact with the CSS de la Capitale to ensure that learning can continue quickly and also to know the factors that led to this outbreak and the measures to be taken to prevent it from happening," said Roberge. \nThe outbreak comes on the heels of an increased COVID-19 alert in three regions: Montreal, Chaudière-Appalaches and parts of the Capitale-Nationale.
