The weather is warm and most people couldn't be happier. The only problem is that there a lot of businesses and venues who rely on the cold weather to survive.

Ski hills in the Laurentians are already struggling due to the lack of snow and unseasonably warm weather, but now it looks like they're not the only ones who are suffering

Montreal has announced that they are closing every outdoor ice rink in the city. Yes, even the refrigerated ones.

The spokesperson for Côte-des-Neiges / NDG says it's simply way too hot out there to be able to keep the rinks open.

All rinks will be closed until further notice. 

The only rink that will be open is the one in the Old Port of Montreal.
