It's Official, Quebec's Fall Foliage Is Going To Be More Beautiful Than Ever This Year
You'll be fall'in for these colours!
Summer is basically over now, I'm sorry to say. It really didn't feel like we had much of a summer, but I'm pretty okay that it's over because now we can move on to fall!
Fall is seriously my favourite season of the year, and I know most of you agree with me. The air is crisp and cool, you can wear sweaters every day, there's pumpkin spiced everything, and of course the fall colours are stunning!
We all know that Quebec is one of the best places in the world to see the fall foliage because of all the amazing national parks, mountain peaks and sparkling lakes all surrounded by thousands of trees that will soon be bursting with oranges, yellows and reds!
This year, there's been predictions on how the fall foliage is going to turn out because of all the weird weather we experienced this summer. Did all the rain ruin our chances for gorgeous fall colours? Or did all that dampness make for an even better fall experience?
A report written by Jim Salge who writes for Yankee Magazine says that this is "the most optimistic forecast I've had in a couple years" and that there's really nothing that could mess up this amazing forecast for great fall colours!
His report is focused mostly on New England, but they're literally right below us, so chances are this report will most definitely include Quebec as well.
Mid-September is supposedly the time when Quebec's fall colours are going to explode, so if you're looking for the best place to go out leaf-peeping check out some of these Quebec places:
Mont Tremblant National Park
Top Of Mont Royal
These are just some of the amazing spots to check out the natural beauty of fall starting this September!
