On Sunday afternoon, thousands of people gathered in the heart of downtown Montreal to march in the 2018 Pride Parade. 

And of course Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was there with his wife Sophie Gregoire Trudeau marching alongside the crowd.

Before the parade Trudeau gave a speech where he said it's time to stop talking about "tolerance", because Canada isn't a place that needs more tolerance, instead we need to more acceptance, openness, friendship and love.

The Prime Minister also reminded everyone that it is important to remember during these celebrations that we still have work to do.
