• Public CEGEPS in Montreal are beginning to experiment with French and English academic programs. These programs have yet to be praised or, arguably more likely, criticized by the Quebec government.
  • Vanier College and CEGEP St-Laurent have installed a new exchange program this year. Students are allowed to take take up to one-third of their classes at the other school, in another language, and gain a dual-language degree.
  • A formal critique on the public program, has yet to be released by the Quebec government, with none planned until the summer of 2015, after the new program has been officially evaluated.
