We've seen them and the rest of the world has seen them. It was kind of funny at first, some people even thought the cops looked better with their ridiculous clown pants on. There was hope for awhile, we really thought this fashion statement had run its course, since it was obviously not working as a pressure tactic. Montreal's Mayor Denis Coderre even came out and said he was going to force the cops to start wearing their regular uniforms. Well it doesn't look like that's going to be happening anytime soon.\nIn case you were wondering they're very aware they look stupid. That's all part of the plan. They want tourists to take selfies with them and post them on the internet for the whole world to see. They want to purposely and publicly embarrass Montreal.\nPhoto cred - Reddit\nAccording to JDM, Yves Francoeur, the leader of the Police brotherhood (That sounds so wrong) said that they do not have the intention of putting their uniforms back on. He even said that if the city tried to force them to abandon their pressure tactic, they will fight it in court.\nWhat do you think?
