As the holidays approach, a rather festive time for many Quebecers, the authorities are trying to raise awareness about impaired driving. As part of this effort to protect the population and avoid road disasters, some bars in Laval will now offer free soft drinks to designated drivers. This project, initiated by the Service de police de Laval and several bars in the region, targets young people between the ages of 18 and 25 but also applies to the general population. Called CoDeBars, the initiative aims to focus on the role of the designated driver at the most drunken parties in order to prevent some people from driving while impaired. This is a great opportunity if you want to celebrate but avoid the next-day headaches and save your money. All this already exists elsewhere in Quebec. CoDeBars was born in 2017 in the city of Sherbrooke. [CoDeBars🍹] Une sortie entre amis se prépare?
