A female pedestrian in Montreal has been struck by an STM bus.\nBoth driver and pedestrian were taken to hospital.\nSome roads were closed at the time of publication.\nVisit MTLBlog for more headlines.\nEarly this morning, a woman who was walking in the neighbourhood of Ahuntsic-Cartierville was struck by an STM bus, putting her in critical condition.\nPolice are not currently releasing details about the woman, including her age, and there are little details about the nature of the incident.\nThe collision took place at around 5:30 AM this morning but other circumstances or details that may have lead to the accident are unclear.\nThe incident occurred at the intersection of Sauvé and Saint-Laurent. At the last update from SPVM representatives, roads were closed for some time as police were continuing to investigate.\nThe video below shows the aftermath of the incident.
