The Montreal Time Out Market has been generating excitement ever since it was announced more than a year ago. The market was touted as a one-stop shop that brings together some of the city's most prestigious and diverse cuisines.\nThe market is set to open in late 2019 in the Eaton Center. It will be the "centrepiece" of the newly renovated downtown core.\nAfter months of waiting with little news or updates on the Time Out Market, we now know which chefs will be hosted in the prestigious gourmet food market.\nThe Time Out Market was a concept put together by Time Out magazine. The magazine takes the best of a city and puts it in a market, turning a venue into what is basically a big, fancy cafeteria.\nGuests eat on china and flatware, and they can sample dishes from some of the best restaurants in the city.
