Winter is rough but to help us get through the dreaded cold, Musée Grévin Montreal has partnered up with Chocolats Favoris to create a choco-haven that will impress visitors of all ages. A dynamic duo, if I do say so myself.\nI must warn you that any of these events are not solely about eating copious amounts of chocolate - not that that's stopping us. This chocolate universe will also include free activities on the weekends, tastings, workshops and conferences, which will all be about chocolate and its many variations.\nThe Grévin Montreal is a waxwork museum located in Montreal's Eaton Centre and Chocolats Favoris is a chocolate chain known for its indulgent and calorie-filled deserts. And they're joining forces.\nThe exhibit will also have a "freelance space" where visitors can play games, win prizes and take fun pictures in the photo booth. Really, what more could you ask for?\nThis chocolate haven is also going to be very informative, as guests will learn more about the history of chocolate with the help of the “encyclopedia” display case.\nOne of the many "instagrammable" spots will be the boat that sails through a cocoa-coloured river. It will be equipped with a reading corner that takes you through the history of chocolate and its creation, which will allow you to educate yourself on the craft.\npress release\n"Chocolate is a passion, it's a cute sin. Musée Grévin Montréal had the taste to offer a gourmet and comforting universe in which one can taste, learn and have fun" says General Manager of Grévin, Kathleen Payette.\nPresident of Chocolats Favoris Dominique Brown adds, "Chocolats Favoris is excited to collaborate with the Musée Grévin."\nView this post on Instagram Les cafés sont toujours meilleurs lorsqu’on les accompagne d’une poutine à la #ChocoFav! 😉 .
