This morning, two school buses transporting day campers to Oka Beach caught fire on Autoroute 640 north of Montreal after a collision.\nAccording to TVA Nouvelles, a total of 69 people have been rushed to a nearby hospital to be treated for minor injuries. The buses were carrying children aged 5 to 12. The good news is that no one has suffered a major injury.\nOfficers on the scene have shut down westward traffic on Autoroute 640 to clean up and investigate what went wrong. According to the report, the two buses collided after a slowdown in traffic and one of the bus engines ignited, spreading to two other cars on the highway.
