This partnership was announced Monday, coinciding with Premier François Legault's trip to California. Since 2015, Rodeo FX has helped produce the visual effects for renowned Hollywood movies such as Deadpool, Blade Runner 2049, and Star Wars: The Last Jedi.\nThe studio has also produced visual effects for Game of Thrones and HBO's Watchmen. Rodeo FX worked on on Stranger Things season 3, but this is the first time they'll be the lead visual effects creators on the show.\nLegault has gone to Hollywood this week, on a goodwill mission to promote and perhaps entice Hollywood producers to come to Quebec more often. As part of his mission, he'll offer producers an opportunity for many financial advantages.\nThe Premier hopes that he can increase the number of films and series shot in the province. He hopes that contracts and more agreements can be made in the next year.\nRodeo FX is currently hiring for tons of positions in graphic art and design in both Quebec City and Montreal.
