The Montreal Casino Isn't Opening Back Up Until August & It'll Have Strict New Rules

Loto-Québec has announced that the Montreal Casino won't reopen until August 3.
The casinos in Charlevoix and Mont-Tremblant as well as the gaming halls in Quebec City and Trois-Rivières, meanwhile, will open on July 16.

In addition to limited capacity, the Montreal Casino will see the reorganization of game rooms to ensure social distancing, a reduction in "the number of players at the gaming tables," and the installation of "protective panels between players and in front of the dealer."
Masks will be mandatory for customers and game machines will be washed after every use.
Customers will also not be allowed to handle cards or chips and "a rubber-tipped stylus" will be available to avoid touching the slot machines.
