Montreal's restos are known for being on point. It's a fact that we are extremely lucky in this city, we pretty much have access to any kind of food we desire, at any time.

Jellyfish crudo+charbon opened up on November 18th, with owner Francis Rodrigue, a veteran in the restaurant scene with over 20 years of experience. You'll find in the kitchen, Mathieu Masson Duceppe, an extremely talented graduate of Montreal's ITHQ.

Rodrigue's restaurants Margia & Le Garde-Manger are already performing amazingly well and it's just a matter of time before Jellyfish becomes an incontournable in Montreal.
