But none of them can top the generosity of one small business in Trois-Rivières, which, for its 60th birthday, is bringing all of its employees to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. The restaurant, Le Grec, announced the birthday celebration on its website.\n"On January 7, the le Grec family will fly to Punta Cana for a week to celebrate the 60th anniversary of [the] restaurant."\n"The extraordinary year that we all experienced together with the restaurant's 60th anniversary will thus end in beauty and the team will be energized for the good years to come."\n"In total," the restaurant explains, "62 employees and their family members will be in attendance."\nThe company-wide vacation isn't the only investment in employees, either.\nDuring the two-week stay in the Dominican, the restaurant will undergo some renovations to enhance employee spaces, including work to "improve [...] rest areas and add a brand new conference room, offices, and a health and wellness area."\nUnder the announcement of the collective vacation on Facebook, many customers are offering their own words of appreciation for a company that cares so deeply for its workers.\n"Very good restaurant by the way and thank you for spoiling your employees," wrote one commenter (translated from French).\nView this post on Instagram Levons nos verres à notre famille, à nos projets et à nos merveilleux clients!
