Quebec's 12 Kilometer Forest Labyrinth Skating Rink
Get lost in a magical forest.
Ice skating rinks can be a lot of fun but they can also get boring pretty quickly. You basically have 2 options: Skate around in a circle endlessly, or take your chances in the "pit of doom" at the center of the ice filled with a bunch of off balance children pushing chairs around.
Well you can forget about all that because Quebec now has a 12 km long labyrinth skating rink!
Le Domaine De La Foret Perdue took a mini Zamboni down a long and winding forest path and coated the entire thing with ice to create the longest ice rink you've ever seen. And you won't just be staring at trees the whole time, the path leads you to pens and farm areas where you can feed the animals which include ducks, sheep, deer rabbit and Ponies. (Yes, ponies!)
