Actually it's something we haven't seen in more than 37 years.\nThe Sahara desert, which is one of the warmest and driest regions in the world, was covered in snow this week.\nSeriously, snow. So the "desert" became a "dessert". Luckily an amateur photographer named Karim Bouchetata managed to get some photos of the strange event.\nIt's only the second time anyone can recall seeing snow in the Sahara.
