Brunch is definitely the best meal of the day. And I cannot tell you how discouraging it is to go out for brunch as a vegan. Most breakfast restaurants have like nothing to eat if you shy away from animal products.
Before I started going to actual vegan brunch places, I was eating fruit bowls for breakfast every time. And if I was lucky I'd get some toast with jam and peanut butter.
