As we reported earlier this morning, Southern Quebec has been battered all day with 80+ km winds and it's causing reduced visibility on several Quebec highways.\nIt's rare that wind and blowing snow are so bad that Transport Quebec feels the need to shut highways down, but that's what's happening on Montreal's South Shore right now.
