Some provinces will only allow cannabis retailers in select locations, while, in others, there will be an abundance of selling points. Remember that this information is subject to change as more legislation comes into force and cities approve more cannabis licenses for private businesses. Vancouver British Columbia has adopted a model that makes use of both public and private dispensaries. Meanwhile, Ontario residents will be able to order product online through the Ontario Cannabis Store. The reason for the delay: the provincial government decided to move toward a private model for dispensaries only this year.
