Every year San Pellegrino organizes their Young Chef competition where 20 chefs from around the world compete to find out who is the best of the best. 

And this year, the Chef who will representing Canada is from right here in Montreal.

Benjamin Mauroy-Langlais has won the coveted title of Canada's best young chef with his signature dish: Smoked eel, celeriac.

Benjamin has earned the opportunity to compete against 20 of the world's top chefs in Milan in June 2018.  He defeated ten-semi finalists to earn the title.
