There's no denying that people love to pay close attention to others' photos in hopes of finding something wrong. And, it seems that this fact didn't work out in Premier François Legault's favour when people started calling him out in the comments of his most recent Instagram photo. Why? Because he isn't two-metres away from the people next to him.\nThe photo in question shows him, Montreal Mayor Valérie Plante, and three employees from the Coop Couturières Pop all wearing protective face masks, but not keeping the distance from one another that we've all been told to...\nIn explaining why wearing a mask is important during one of his press conferences, the premier stressed that it's a form of respect for others and their safety.\nBut, he made sure to clarify that even when wearing one, you must still continue to social distance.\nIt looks like he may have gotten caught not practicing what he preaches with this one... And his Instagram followers were quick to call him out on it.\nSome even went as far as to call it embarrassing, while others were just straight up mad.\nBelow is the photo that received a ton of backlash on Legault's Instagram.\nfrancoislegault.pm | Instagram\nThe comments that this picture received ranged from thanking the Premier for what his efforts right now to enraged messages about him not keeping a two-metre distance from others like public health guidelines tell us to.\nHere's a little glimpse at how people were feeling after seeing the photo of these five people gathered next to one another.\nfrancoislegault.pm | Instagram\nTranslation: Where is your 2-metre distance ???\nTranslation: Mr. Premier in the second picture you don't respect the two meters and then you cry on TV because young people and teenagers don't respect it but you don't show a good example\nfrancoislegault.pm | Instagram\nTranslation: And the two-metre distance?\nTranslation: No 2 metres? Dr. Arruda won't be happy\nTranslation: We must respect the distance even with masks!!! That's what Mr. HORACIO said I believe no???\nfrancoislegault.pm | Instagram\nNeedless to say, many people were left rather unimpressed with the premier.\nBut, with all of the bad comments, there were a few nice ones as well, which said things such as "respect for all that you do."\nAnd, that isn't the only one of Legault's photos that's been getting hate on lately either...\nView this post on Instagram J’étais ce matin à la station de métro Cadillac à Montréal pour distribuer des masques avec le Dr Arruda et mes collègues, @chantal.rouleau.caq et @richard.campeau.bourget.
