is not only a legend in Montreal — this man is known across the globe. As the first Super Bowl winner to also be a doctor, there is no denying that this man is a pretty impressive human. The McGill graduate won the Super Bowl this year playing for the . Not only is he an amazing role model, but he's also highly intelligent. That is why it's so important to listen to the wisdom that he's been spewing on his social media.
This doctor, Super Bowl winner, and founder of his own foundation, Foundation LDT, is just one of those people who has an impact on those who follow him, which is why it's so great to see him doing his part in educating his followers on the coronavirus and the importance of self-isolation.
The first video shows him explaining that he just got back from vacation and that he was isolating himself for the next 14 days to avoid getting sick or spreading the virus even more than it has already spread. And, instead of using his words, Duvernay-Tardif decided to do something really cool to show the importance of social distancing.
The doctor lined up a bunch of matches and showed how the closer they were to one another, the faster they caught fire. His cheeky commentary also adds to the greatness of this video.
He demonstrates that when the matches, which are representations of people, are separated from one another, they don't affect those around them when on fire.
