So much food! So little time and stomach space! Montreal is home to so many food festivals throughout the year. But in my humble opinion, the one we've been lacking over the years has been Korean food.\nNot anymore! Coming to Montreal's Mile End July 26th-July 28th is Pocha MTL and I couldn't be happier.\nPojangmacha, or 'Po Cha,' is huge in South Korea and basically means a tented area that sells food, they're most popular as late-night eats; think La Banquise with less poutine and more BBQ. And I am all for it.\nIf you've never tasted food like Dakganjeong—a deliciously deep-fried crispy chicken dish or jokbal—pig's feet smothered in spices—then now is the time to do it. And if you like living dangerously opt for the insanely spicy buljokbal—literally "fire jokbal."\nView this post on Instagram 🍂Fall🍂 _Sweet Crispy Fried Chicken • 닭강정 • 甜酱炸鸡_ #nampodong #biff #busan #koreanstreetfood #korea #streetfood #dakganjeong #nightmarket #닭강정 #炸鸡 #부산 #釜山 #foodphotography A post shared by Travel Diary (@randomlyaroundd) on Jun 29, 2019 at 7:46pm PDT\nCome for the food and stay for the drinks! Pocha MTL will also have a drinks bar set up based on soju cocktails.\nDon't know what soju is? Then you are behind the times (as I am, it turns out). Soju is actually the world's top-selling liquor by volume. It's kind of like vodka, but a little sweeter. The taste can vary dramatically, so I can't wait to see what the vendors come up with.\nPosted by POCHA MTL on Thursday, June 20, 2019\nIt's not only about stuffing your face. There will be entertainment from well-known K-pop performers along with traditional Korean performers.\nThis will be your chance for an all-around authentic Korean experience!\nRead More: You Can Get A 10-Litre Pitcher Of Sangria In Montreal This Summer\nView this post on Instagram 🧀🌭🍟 ❤︎芝士 + 薯條🤤 除咗中間係芝士 有啲款有腸仔der 揀都唔使揀 因為樣靚囉 外表最吸引就係呢個 有6款醬任加 我又係揀返芝士醬ga啦～cheese mustard同cheddar #芝薯熱狗棒 #potatomozarellahotdog #芝士控#チーズ#ポテトレーラ#フライドポテト#ホットドッグ #cheesehotdog#koreanstylehotdog#koreanstreetfood#hkstreetfood#instagood#instafood#foodiehk#hkig#hkfoodie#hkfoodblogger#hkfood#foodporn#foodelicious#foodlover #ArirangHotdog#ArirangHotdoghk A post shared by ❤️ʀᴀɴᴅᴀ ᴋᴡᴏᴋ (@randakwok) on Jul 8, 2019 at 9:27am PDT\nBut back to the mouth-watering food.
