October is upon us! Here are 4 Oktoberfest events in Quebec worth checking out!\nFrom endless pints of beer, to elaborate German costumes, to amusement park rides (if you can keep your beer down), these festivities have something for everyone!\nVisit MTLBlog for more headlines.\nAlthough I love the fall in our city, I have always dreamt of travelling to Germany to celebrate Oktoberfest. Sadly for me, my budget won't allow for this trip, which is why I was excited to find out that there are, in fact, multiple Oktoberfest celebrations going on in Quebec.\nFor those of you who don’t know what Oktoberfest entails, you are in for a real treat. The traditionally German celebration is all about fun, food and a whole lot of beer.\nHerds of tourists flock to Germany to have an opportunity to experience this famous festival, replete with parades, cool outfits, live music and of course, food and beer! Although Oktoberfest in Germany is a bucket list experience, we in Quebec are lucky enough to have some pretty epic Oktoberfest celebrations.\nThere are a few Oktoberfest events outside of Quebec, but if you want to stay within our province for your Oktoberfest celebrations, this article is for you.\nSo fellow Montrealers, before our city becomes so cold that it is unbearable, you should follow my lead and take advantage of all the wicked events that will be taking place in our glorious province.
