It's that time of year! The CF Holiday Train is making its way around Quebec during the next two days!\nAt each of their seven stops near Montreal, there will be festive shows going on and lots of food to go around.\nFind out where and when you can see the train below!\nVisit MTLBlog for more headlines.\nIt's been less than a month since the Canadian Pacific CP Holiday Train announced its full schedule and we've been counting down the days until the most festive of trains was making its stops in Montreal. And finally, the days have come. Today and tomorrow, November 25 and 26, before the two trains begin their U.S. and Canadian journeys and depart Montreal, they will be hosting their highly-anticipated free shows.\nThe Holiday Trains are 1,000 foot (each) celebration of all things Christmas with hundreds of thousands of lights decorating 14 rail cars, boxcars that open up as travelling stages, and free music - but that's not all they are.\nCP uses the train to "raise money and generate healthy food donations for food banks in communities along [its] network." The trains have raised nearly $16 million and collected 4.5 million pounds of food since 1999.\nAnyone interested in attending the concerts is asked to bring a donation of heart-healthy foods for their local food bank. The CP Holiday Train's goal is to ensure everyone has access to healthy and nutritious food.\nThis year looks like it will be bigger than ever with popular performer lineups of country, R&B and pop musicians.\nThe U.S. train heads out a day earlier than its Canadian cousin and you can catch one of five shows it will be hosting in Quebec tonight before it continues on to New York.\nCP\nMake sure to double-check the schedule for times, each show only lasts about an hour and a half.\nView this post on Instagram The @cpholidaytrain is on its way to ALEXANDRIA! 📍🚂💨 Boxcar turned traveling stage, full of seasonal festivities and giving in mind.
