I honestly believe that poutine is the great uniter. Not only is it a dish well-loved around the whole world at this point, but it's the quintessential Quebec dish... And although other places might try, we all know that no one can come close to making a poutine quite like Quebec can.\nWhich is why, whenever there are festivals in celebration of this beautiful dish, it's an awesome thing.\nA photo posted by Maude Goulet (@maude__goulet) on Feb 14, 2016 at 2:00pm PST\nLuckily, there's a poutine festival coming up later this month. On August 25 - 27, Drummondville will be hosting the Festival De La Poutine at Centre Marcel Dionne (Rue Cockburn, Drummondville, QC J2C 4L7), roughly an hour away from Montreal.\nNot only will this celebration feature lots and lots of poutine (yasss) from many different food trucks (including Das Food Truck and L'Assomoir), but there will also be live concerts throughout the event, showcasing artists such as Les Cowboys frignant and 2 Frères.\nA photo posted by Stéphanie?
