This summer, their menu is only getting more interesting: As of May 21, you’ll be able to sink your teeth into their brand-new plant-based burger, along with several other new additions! Keep in mind that, for now, this particular burger is only available on the table d'hôte lunch menu.

The Infidel Burger ($18.50)
This plant-based burger is the grand contender for best new menu item, hands down! Served with fries and topped with goat cheese, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and pesto mayonnaise on a toasted bun, this hearty delight is just begging for you to sink your teeth into it. I’m not drooling, you are! (Okay, maybe I am, too.) But remember: This mouthwatering veggie goodness is currently only available on their table d'hôte lunch menu.
Maui Salad ($17.75)
The Maui Salad has all the essence of a poke bowl, without the rice. This is a healthy, pescatarian option featuring Ocean Wise-recommended fresh yellowfin tuna, edamame beans, carrots, radishes, cucumbers, red peppers, and guacamole on a bed of shredded romaine, all tossed in a light, tangy Asian vinaigrette. For garnish, there are green onions, sesame seeds, and sprouts.
The new focaccia menu item is made up of garlic-roasted tomatoes, pesto-marinated bocconcini, and red onions on toasted focaccia bread, topped with a balsamic reduction and julienned fresh basil.
Roma and Louisiana Flamms ($14.50, $15.75)
With a whole slew of flamm options on their menu, the Roma and Louisiana are new to the party. The Roma features pesto-marinated bocconcini, Swiss and mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce, all oven baked on traditional flat bread and sprinkled with fresh basil. The Louisiana is composed of pulled chicken, red peppers, onions, smoked caciocavallo, Swiss and mozzarella, all oven baked on traditional flat bread with their savoury beer BBQ sauce.
Late Riser ($16.95)
The Late Riser is the go-to option for the boisterous meat eaters of your group. It’s made with a 100% beef patty, melted cheese, and smoked bacon, topped with an over-easy egg and famous signature sauce on a toasted burger bun. Feeling extra hungry? Add a second beef patty, cheese, and bacon for an extra $6.
Baked Caciocavallo ($14)
Featuring smoked caciocavallo cheese in a hot skillet with garlic-roasted tomatoes, basil, and fresh sprouts served with grilled French bread, your taste buds may explode with joy. You were warned.
Beef Tartare ($16–$23)
Featuring two different portion sizes, the beef tartare is made from 100% Canadian AA beef, capers, pickles, shallots, and chives, all finely diced and blended with the 3 Brasseurs Dijon mustard sauce. Garnished with fresh sprouts and served with fries, greens, and crostini.
Strawberry Cake Shake ($7.95)
