There’s nothing quite like good friends and good food amidst ever-dwindling temperatures. Couple that with a casual pub atmosphere and craft beer and that, my friends, is a recipe for an awesome night out. In fact, Montreal’s iconic 3 Brasseurs is totally on our same wavelength here.
With its first location opened in 1986, 3 Brasseurs was basically the pioneer of microbreweries and craft beer — these guys have always been about the perfect pint!
Each of 3 Brasseurs’ neighbourhood locations actually has its own brewer, brewing fresh and original beers on-site. Better still, all of 3 Brasseurs’ dishes are meant to be paired with different beers (but you can, of course, still enjoy each of their dishes without).
That’s why we’re all the more pumped about 3 Brasseurs’ new winter menu. Think pulled pork tacos (always a classic, no matter the occasion), French onion soup (ummm, talk about delicious, cheesy goodness!), and burgers by the pound.
The Normandy Burger, for example, is a 100% beef patty topped with Camembert, sautéed mushrooms, balsamic caramelized onions, and lettuce, all served on a grilled burger bun.
3 Brasseurs has also included even more veggie options, perfect for all you herbivores out there. They’re even offering a nutrient-packed Energy Bowl: black bean quinoa topped with avocado, basil grape tomatoes, cucumber-onion salad, thyme-roasted chickpeas, feta cheese, and kalamata olives with a creamy yogurt dressing. So the next time you're craving a dose of healthy and tasty, you know where to go!
Looking for a warmer, more carb-filled option? Their new Chameleon Flammekueche will satisfy all of your thin-crust dreams! Topped with soy protein crumble, broccoli florets, black olives, red onions, Swiss and mozzarella cheeses, and tomato sauce, all of this goodness is baked on a traditional flatbread.
