Avocado + Chocolate = Chocolate Avocado Popsicles

Time to rethink everything you know about refreshing and delicious summer treats. Two anti-oxidant powerhouses have been chillingly changed into a truly "popping" new form. Easy to make and perfect for summer, get ready to lick and love some Chocolate Avocado Popsicles by The Little Epicurean.
We say this a lot with our foodgasms, but these avocadsicles are quite simple, they just take some forethought. All you'll need is some quite ripe avocados, sweetened condensed milk, and a chocolate of your choice. To be real though, when it comes to chocolate, go dark or go home.
Puree the avocado and condensed milk 'til thick and luscious, pour into a popsicle mold (or an ice tray if you wanna be ghetto about it) and set until firm in the freezer. Dip 'dem bad boys into some melted dark chocolate, let is set once more, then be taken to creamy-refreshing heaven.
