Screw carbs, more protein. All the gym bros know what I'm saying, and so does the creator of the sausage-bun hot dog.
Since bread makes you fat, just sub in the pesky, boring, and carb-filled bun and replace your hot dog receptacle with a big ol' sausage cut down the middle. Throw in a hot dog and you got a low carb and full flavour creation.
Double the protien, double the grease, double the delicious, and 0% bullshit bread.
On the other hand, you could just wrap your dog in meat, wrap that in bacon, cook it, have a light heart attack, then call it a day.
