Continuing with our summer hype trend, MTL Blog is proud to bring you another amazing summertime treat. Because anyone can get drunk off drinks, but getting drunk on food is an art in itself. This isn't just about making shitty Popsicles and throwing in a bit of vodka, these Popsicle would rival the most intricate cocktails from the best bars in Montreal.
There are two version of these you can make, the sober version and the adult version. For the sober version you'll need: 1 peach, iced-tea and Popsicle molds or Dixie cups. Mix it all up and freeze 'em, and you have yourself a great summer treat. For an extra twist, add whatever fruit you want or cut the iced tea with some lemonade to make these into Arnold Palmer pops.
For the adult version it gets a little tricky. Grab a bowl and mix in equal parts of tequila, vodka, rum, triple sec, and gin. Slice your peach in thin slices and let the pieces soak up the booze for a few hours. Fill you Popsicle molds add 3/4 iced tea and fill the rest with your peach soaked booze mix and peach slices.
Here's the recipe for the alcohol free version but don't bother looking for our boozy version because that's the brain child of yours truly. You're welcome.
