Double amount of deadly.

One thing alcohol could use more of is the deliciousness of desserts, because as much as we love drinking and taking shots, we'd like it a lot more if drank went down as easy as cake. Oh Bite It, the culinary-alcoholic geniuses that they are, has found a way with their Deep Fried Tequila Shots.
Your mouth won't even know what hit it when you scarf down these tequila soaked morsels of angel food cake that have been deep fried to golden brown perfection, then dusted with a bit of powdered sugar and lime zest for an authentic tequila shot experience. Sweet, crispy, and above all, alcoholic, these pups are the perfect party snack. Kudos to Thrillist for pointing us in this deep fried direction.
No Montreal bar has put anything close to these on their menu, but we think Brutus, the bacon-tastic soon-to-open Rosemont bar would be the perfect spot. All they would need to do is add in some bacon to make the dish fit with their all-bacon theme, as the bar is already renowned for creating sinfully delicious creations.
If you can't wait, just make 'em yourself. Albeit strange, Deep Fried Tequila Shots couldn't be easier to make. All you need is sponge or angel food cake, oil for frying, powdered sugar, and lime zest.
Step 1: Cut up cake into sizable cubes and soak in Tequila
Step 2: Deep fry
Step 3: Throw on some powdered sugar and lime zest
Step 4: Take a shot!
