Vegans rejoice, you may not be able to eat everything at your family dinners over the holiday season, so good thing Aux Vivres will be open to fill you up for the day, everyday, with their famed vegan brunches. Already in motion since Monday, Aux Vivres will be hosting vegan brunches over the entire holidays 'til January 4th.
Aux Vivres has been letting Montreal know about their special brunches on Facebook, with the resto actually changing their profile picture into a to-the-point advert stating the holiday brunch dates. Sometimes being blunt pays off, we noticed, and we felt we needed to tell anyone who didn't.
Brunch at Aux Vivres is entirely vegan, and includes dishes like blueberry crepes, a fried polenta breakfast plate, huevos rancheros, and much more. For those looking to bring something vegan to Christmas dinner, Aux Vivre is also selling their tempeh-mushroom tourtiere, which is sure to please even the most avid meat-eaters in your family.
Do note, however, that Aux Vivres will be closed on Christmas Day. Get all the details on the resto's holiday vegan brunches, daily specials, and operating hours by heading to the Aux Vivres Facebook page here.
