If there's one thing I love more than food, it's food that's easy to make. The more steps it takes to prepare your food the more you have to clean. (yay math!) So ideally I want food that requires the least amount of steps. That's where Nutella Brie Bites come in to play. So simple, yet so delicious and you won't need to clean anything but a plate since cookie sheets are covered in tin foil anyways.
All you'll need to prepare these little bad boys if a wheel of brie, some warm Nutella and some puff pasty. Preheat your oven to 400. Cut the puff pastry into rectangles and places on a cookie sheet. Beat an egg and brush some over each rectangle. Add a small piece of brie on top and bake for 20 minutes. Take them out and drizzle some warm Nutella on top. Done!
But if you're really lazy like me, you can just forget about the puff pastry and make these with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
