Well the demand for Nutshell stuffed cookies isn't going away and the more we post, the more you seem to love it. So we've explored the far reaches of the internet and dug up another delectable Nutella stuffed treat, this time with a peanut butter.

Because chocolate and peanut butter go together like chocolate and vanilla or chocolate and bacon or chocolate and pickles.

Here's what you'll need to make your very own Nutella Stuffed Peanut Butter & Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • Half a stick of butter
  • Half a jar of peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 jar of Nutella, chilled in refrigerator
  • Coarse sea salt for sprinkling

Whisk the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Mix the peanut butter and sugars together then whisk in the vanilla and the eggs one at a time. Mix in the dry ingredients until everything is combined then mix in some chocolate chips. Let you dough chill in the refrigerator over night or for at least 2 hours.

Pre-heat your oven to 350 seperate your dough and roll them into balls. Flatten the balls and add a spoonful of Nutella in the center. fold the dough to completely envelop the Nutella, place them on a cookie sheet and flatten them slightly. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt and let them cool for 5 minutes (or just eat them now, it'll be worth the mouth burns)
