This Is The Montreal Poutine Burger
Poutine makes everything better.
When two fast foods cum (not a typo) together in one giant foodgasm, the results can be disastrously delicious. Such is the case with Montreal's Jukebox Burger's "Poutine Brgr," a sinful combination of two comfort food staples. And sorry about getting creepily sexual, but come on, you know you're like kinda turned on by this burger.
Part of Jukebox Burger's new menu that launched this past spring, the Poutine Brgr is a 1/2 pound of beef topped with fries, gravy, cheese curds, lettuce, and some mayo. Priced at $14.95, the Poutine Brgr screams out for our mouths and looks to be reason enough to head to JB right now.
This isn't the first poutine-burger combo to be tasted in Montreal. Let's not forget about the Burger Week 2012 winning creation by Burger Bar dubbed the "Hangover Burger" a a 6-oz. beef patty topped with caramelized onions, bacon, American cheese, truffle oil, fried egg and a mini poutine.
The OG poutine-burger is a little more decadent, and also looks a lot harder to eat. Unfortunately, 2012 is way in the rear view mirror, so Jukebox looks to be your only Montreal destination for a burger-poutine lovechild, which is cool with us.
