Hateful Religious Stickers Are Being Left On Montreal Cars

According to a recent CTV News report, a few Montrealers in Repentigny have taken it upon themselves to place threatening religious stickers on the windshields of over 100 different cars in the parking lots of a shopping centre, a Tim Horton's and a Jean Coutu. The stickers, pictured above, read "Quebec is Allah's land. Convert or else."

While one possibility is that these stickers were placed on the cars by a religious extremist, the police and SQ are also considering the fact that it may have been a hoax created by someone trying to shed a negative light on the Islamic religion. Repentigny is a very multi-cultural area and according to its residents, there isn't any cultural tension there.

Whoever did it, if caught, will be facing charging of vandalism and promoting propaganda, no matter what their intention was.
