With all the construction going on right now, plus the snow, plus the contract disputes, plus whatever other unforeseen problems we might be facing, it's safe to say that the STM is fucked right about now.
But at least they're doing something about it.

Here are all the changes coming to the STM in 2017:
The STM promises more AZUR metro trains will be added to the network. 12 will be added by the end of 2016 and 30 out of 52 delivered by the end of 2017.
